As a collegiate athlete and high school coach, Colby Gardner credits “keeping it fun” as one of the biggest impacts on all of his career. From childhood games to the professional level, Colby has always believed that “if you’re not having fun, you’re not learning” and campers should expect just that! If you’re not having fun, then you won’t stick with it. Triumph Fitness is set up to lead and teach you new and exciting ways to step into the new you as you shatter your goals and walk into a more desirable and triumphant life! A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, cardio mix, and much more.
